**Very Disappointed With Our Experience** PSA!! Michael, this review is not trash talking!! It is an honest review from a real, paying customer who had a legitimate experience and chose to share it. Discriminating against or dismissing a customer simply because they left a negative review is not acceptable. Customers have the right to speak honestly about their experiences, whether the review is positive or negative. A business should be willing to take responsibility and address concerns professionally rather than attacking or dismissing the customer. We purchased a quartz countertop from this store, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. I provided the measurements and even brought in a picture of the undermount sink specifications to make sure the sink cutouts were done correctly. I also personally went to the location multiple times to confirm everything and prevent any mistakes. I talk Michael, the store manager, to address the issue, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I felt

For semi truck delivery: Enter off of John Hill Blvd, take 2nd street on left to enter the docks at the back. It is very tight but you have room to turn. Best to park near fence and walk to back to see order of unloading. Nice staff, very orderly and prompt.

Clean and organized. Has some good sales and some over priced items. Worth a walk through.

Purchased my kitchen cabinets from Hood's. Was very excited to replace the 35 year old cabinets and countertops in my condo. First issue was the length of time it took for the cabinets to come and the lack of communication on delays from the salesperson (who is no longer there). I was told six weeks for delivery and when I called at six weeks when nothing came, I was told another six weeks due to Covid (which I do understand). The other issue was the installer they sent to measure did not take into account the unusual placement of the existing cabinets and only measured the lengths and widths. The cabinets themselves are beautiful, solid wood, and after some rearranging by the installer I hired on my own, I am pleased with how they turned out. Great quality cabinets at a very reasonable price, customer service could have been better.

This is a great place for novice landscapers. They have a wealth of items from rugs, furniture, sinks, fixtures for your household and a great choice of Rock, Bolders for your garden, fair prices, lots of sale prices too.
